workforfitHi there! My name is Jo and this is my fitblr!
I'm a 20 year old dork from Australia. I originally created this blog a while back when I wanted to really lose the extra fat. At this point I had not discovered the fitblr community and still had an unhealthy mindset about what it meant to lose weight the right way. I was brain washed by the diet fads and the "thinspo" that was around. I'm so glad I moved out of thinspo and into fitspo because of the great support and advice I have now. I haven't weighed myself in a while and I'm not going to use the number on the scale to set a goal for myself. My new goal is to be fitter, to be stronger, to be healthier and to prove to myself that i can do anything I set my mind to!

So hopefully my blog motivates you as much as the fitblr community motivates me. LET'S DO THIS!
